The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing. ‘Order’ means the order submitted by you for Products on the Website and ‘Products’ means the products available for sale on the Website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Aroma DIY. Should Aroma DIY suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Aroma DIY reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Aroma DIY.
All prices on Aroma DIY are given in New Zealand Dollars ($) and are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15% but exclusive of delivery costs. Orders from overseas are GST exempt, but may be subject to taxes and charges from the country it is to be sent.

Before using any essential oils, carefully do your own research. Do not take any oils internally and do not apply undiluted essential oils onto the skin. Use extreme caution when using oils with children the elderly.

If you have nut allergies, please seek professional advice before using product containing nut based carrier oils.
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Some essential oils are toxic to pets. Keep all essential oils out of reach of curious pets at all times.
Essential Oils can sometimes react to certain surfaces or materials, please spot test in a discreet place and refer to surface manufactures instructions prior to use.
