Delivery within New Zealand
The cost of delivery within Urban New Zealand from $6.90 per order and from $9.90 for Rural. Overseas shipping is determined by weight and destination and priced during order process (but before you pay).
When will my products arrive?
Once we receive your order, it takes approximately 24 hours to prepare and dispatch your order. Unless there is an issue with your order, approximate delivery time within New Zealand after dispatch is between 1-3 working days. For international orders please allow 7 – 15 working days worldwide.
What if it never shows up?
This hasn’t happened so far! But if it does, Aroma DIY accepts all responsibility for parcels lost in transit within New Zealand prior to their having been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within 7 days. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made. We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand. If you experience a breakage, please hold on to the item and packaging and notify us of the situation.
What is your return policy?
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will replace or issue a refund.
Subject to the following conditions:
- Contact is made within 3 days after receiving the goods.
- Products must be returned to us. We will provide free return shipping for product exchanges if your return is a result of an error on our part such as when we have sent you the incorrect or damaged item. In other cases, a return postage fee will apply.
- Any refund payable, will be issued within 30 days, once your return has been received. Postage and delivery costs are non-refundable.
